Return and Cancellation Policy
At Cake Taste , we strive to provide the best customer experience and ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we offer the following return and cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before preparation: Orders may be canceled before the cake preparation process begins, provided that the cancellation is made at least 4 days prior to the delivery date, without any additional fees. - Cancellations after preparation has begun: Due to the fresh and customized nature of our products, if the cake has begun to be prepared or if cancellations are not made 4 days prior to the delivery date, we do not accept cancellation requests, and the full order value will be charged.
- Cancellation of delivery orders: If the order has already been sent for delivery, cancellation is not possible, and the full delivery and order fees will be charged.
2. Return Policy:
Since all of our products are made to order and personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns of cakes after receiving them except in the following cases:
- There was an error in the order (such as the wrong flavor or size).
- The cake arrived damaged due to a defect in the delivery process on our part .
Note: We are not responsible for any damages or defects that occur during delivery if the customer uses private couriers or delivery methods. To request a replacement or return of a product due to an order error or damage caused by our delivery, the customer must submit a complaint within two hours of receiving the order, attaching photos of the product.
3. Refund:
- If the cancellation request is approved before processing, or in the event of an order error or product damage due to a delivery error on our part, the amount paid will be fully refunded or a purchase voucher of the same value will be issued.
- Payments by credit card or bank transfer: Refunds will be made to the same payment method within [7-14] business days.
- Cash on Delivery: A voucher will be issued for the same amount paid.
